Rules and Regulations
Dear Guest,
If you have any issues with your stay, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation and continue to provide a five-star experience for you. No refunds will be given after the fact if we are not given the opportunity to make it right. If your request is made in the evening, we will respond first thing in the morning.

Quiet Time
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm - 8 am noise should be kept to a minimum, including outside.
Breakages/Damage
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would appreciate the heads up so we can arrange the appropriate person to fix it or order a replacement. Thank you!
Smoking Policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area immediately surrounding property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. We ask that all smoking take place in the front of the house nearest the street to avoid the smell getting into the home. All butts must be extinguished and properly disposed of.
Pets
We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.
Eating & Drinking in the Bedrooms
Everyone love a house without ants, insects, or stained linen so we appreciate guests eating in our spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, or patio instead of in the bedrooms or workstations.
Party
Please note that parties and gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of the home are not permitted. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly request that all visitors be registered. Please don't use confetti, sparkles, glitter, or gold/silver/colored dust.
Commercial Video & Photography
Guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the host.
