Cozy and comfortable, well-planned and ideally located, this special space is the perfect home-base for explorations of the Alamo City, welcome respites from a busy day at the convention center, or a relaxing vacation from the day-to-day activities of everyday life.

Living Spaces

Living Room

Our living room has a relaxing view of the pool and the turf. The open layout with the generously proportioned sofas, smart TV, DVD player, and wide variety of games and books ensure you'll enjoy your time inside the home - just as much as you would outdoors by the pool!

Kitchen, Lounge, and Laundry Area

Our kitchen is STOCKED! You'll be part of the group even while attending to the cooking with our open layout. We have an island with extra storage and kitchen amenities as well as a full coffee bar! Make your favorite flavor combo of creamers to enjoy at the dining table or outside on the patio. We have provided a washer, dryer, iron, and board for your needs.

Bedrooms

Our primary King bed suite is prepared with everything you need for a relaxing escape! You'll have your own doorway out to the patio and pool, a desk for getting some work done and an attached en suite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub/shower combo. We provide eye masks and ear plugs as well as plugs for your devices on our bedside tables.

Bedroom 2 boasts the same comfortable King bed and amenities as bed one and is convenient to the hallway full bath.

Bathrooms

Our ensuite primary bathroom is a relaxing escape and includes a shower/tub combo. The tub has jacuzzi jets and an over-tub table so you can bring a book or beverage to relax. The hallway full bathroom includes a shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both restrooms.

Outside Spaces: Pool, Patio, & Turf

Our large heated pool welcomes you as you enter the property and walk past our large 8-person outside dining table, complete with large fans and lights for al fresco dining at night. The Bluetooth sound system will keep you entertained from the pool, to the green space, to the dining area. We have a selection of gym equipment so you can work out on our green space or inside. You can even play table tennis! The green space is within view of the large outside TV so you can watch your favorite yoga or workout video.

Our pool person comes on Mondays or Tuesdays to take care of the pool.

Parking

You may park your group's cars inside the sliding metal gate on the rock driveway, but not past the wooden gate please. Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am to be courteous to our neighbors and the owners who live in the front house.

Appliances

Keurig Coffee Maker

We provide a Keurig Duo coffee maker that can be used with pods and it can make drip coffee as well. We have a reusable filter in the machine and regular and decaf grounds are available at the coffee bar along with sugar, multiple creamer and syrup flavors. Kitchen Equipment

The dishwasher: it's very simple, we promise! We provide a supply of tablets - you’ll need to insert one into the flip box container on the inside of the dishwasher door. Then press the program button of your choice - there are a few settings which are obvious - then press the start button.

The fridge/freezer: you shouldn’t need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.

The stovetop and oven: the stovetop is a five burner gas hob, and the oven is electric.
